Aion 2 Elyos Leveling Guide: Levels 10–25

Push through Verteron and the Cantas Valley campaign — the band where your Daevanion board, Stigmas and hideout gearing all kick in.

Overview

With your wings earned, levels 10 to 25 are where Aion 2 opens up. The Elyos campaign carries you out of the starting area and into Verteron and the Cantas Valley, and the systems that define the rest of the game come online one after another.

Keep running the main story for the bulk of your levels, but this is the band where you should start gearing on purpose: clear hideouts as they unlock, feed the materials into enchants, and slot every Stigma and Daevanion node you earn.

Stigmas and the Daevanion board

Early in this band you unlock your Stigma slots and the Daevanion board — the two systems that turn a flat character into a built one. Stigmas are extra skills you socket; the Daevanion board is a node grid you advance with crystals that drop from hideouts.

Do not leave them empty. Slot whatever you unlock and spend Daevanion crystals as you earn them — the power gain is immediate and it compounds, so the earlier you start, the smoother every fight after gets.

Gear & your first enchants

Your gear pipeline this band is hideouts. Each first clear pays out enchant materials and Daevanion crystals, so work through them as they hit their recommended level and bank the rewards. Keep your weapon enchanted ahead of your armor — weapon damage moves your clear speed the most.

Gear Score is still just your equipped item levels plus enchant levels, so do not sit on upgrades — equip the highest item-level piece in every slot the moment you get it, even if it means re-enchanting.

Hideouts

Hideouts are the heart of the 10–25 grind: instanced clears that hand you the enchant stones and Daevanion crystals your build runs on. Clear each one as it reaches its recommended level — the first clears are by far the best value, and they keep your gear ahead of the campaign difficulty.

What's next

By 25 you should have your Stigmas slotted, a Daevanion board that is filling in, and gear you have been actively enchanting. Next comes the long mid-game push — continue with the Elyos 25–40 guide, where strongholds join your hideouts and the Gear Score climb gets serious.

Frequently asked questions

When do Stigmas and the Daevanion board unlock for Elyos?

Early in the 10–25 band, shortly after your Ascension. Slot Stigmas as you unlock them and spend Daevanion crystals (from hideouts) on the board right away — the power gain is immediate.

What is the best way to gear up from 10 to 25?

Run hideouts as they hit their recommended level. Their first clears give the enchant stones and Daevanion crystals you need, and they keep your Gear Score ahead of the campaign.

Should I still follow the campaign at this level?

Yes — the main story is still your main source of experience and carries you between zones. Use hideouts and enchanting alongside it, not instead of it.
