By accessing and using Gamers4Life ("the site", "we") you accept these terms. If you don't agree, please do not use the site.

2. Site usage

Gamers4Life is a video game news, guides, and interactive maps site. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the content for personal, non-commercial use.

Not allowed:

  • Republishing our content without written authorization
  • Using bots, scrapers, or automated tools
  • Interfering with site security or operation
  • Impersonating others or using the site for illegal activities

3. Third-party content

The site includes logos, images, trailers, and game names owned by their respective rights holders. We use these materials under fair use for editorial coverage.

4. Advertising

Gamers4Life monetizes via display advertising served by third parties (primarily Nitro Ads). We are not responsible for ad content. If you encounter inappropriate advertising, report it to [email protected].

5. Limitation of liability

Content is provided "as is" without warranties. We are not liable for damages arising from site usage, decisions based on site information, or issues with linked external services.

6. Donations & Voluntary Support

Gamers4Life is free to use. Users may optionally make voluntary donations through third-party platforms (such as Ko-fi) to help cover infrastructure costs and support ongoing development.

  • Donations are voluntary contributions — not a purchase, subscription, or payment for any product or service.
  • Donations are non-refundable.
  • As a token of thanks, supporters may receive optional perks (such as removal of ad-network ads or higher usage limits) on this site, our other databases, and every map at interactivemap.app. These perks are a discretionary courtesy, not a paid service, and may be changed, reduced, or discontinued at any time without notice.
  • The site and its projects are a free fan project and may be modified, paused, or permanently shut down at any time — without liability and without any obligation to refund donations.
  • No payment is required to access any core feature of the site.
  • "Lifetime" or "permanent" perks mean for as long as the relevant project remains available online. They are tied to the continued existence of the site, do not survive its discontinuation, and are not a perpetual personal guarantee, warranty, or contract of any kind.
  • We may introduce, change, or replace the way support works at any time — including adding paid, membership, or subscription-based options in the future. Any such change applies only going forward and does not create any refund, credit, or claim in respect of donations already made under earlier terms.
  • Perks are granted by matching the email address used on the donation platform with the email on your account. We are not responsible for donations made with a different or incorrect email that cannot be matched to an account.
  • By donating, you acknowledge and accept these terms.

7. Changes to terms

We may modify these terms at any time. Changes take effect upon publication. Continued use of the site after changes implies acceptance.
