Hybe IM announces Architect: Land of Exile will also launch on macOS

Hybe IM, publisher of the upcoming MMORPG Architect: Land of Exile, has announced that the game will be launching on an additional platform. In addition to being available on Windows PCs and mobile devices running iOS and Android, the title will also come to computers using the macOS operating system.

The developers' main goal is to provide an optimized gaming experience for iPhone, iPad, and Mac users, achieved through the use of Apple’s advanced graphics and computing technologies, such as the Metal API. Hybe IM representatives noted that releasing a full MMORPG on macOS is an unusual move in the South Korean market, but they hope to deliver an exciting new gaming opportunity for Apple users.

Architect: Land of Exile is described as an MMORPG with a vast open world, freeform gameplay, and strategic combat systems. The game was first introduced at the G-STAR 2024 International Expo, where its demo attracted attention for its deep immersion and exceptional graphics. Hybe IM has already confirmed that the game will launch this year and is actively preparing for release. Information regarding pre-registration and the official release date will be announced soon through the company’s official channels.
