South Korean game developer Wemade has launched the official teaser site for the global version of its MMORPG Legend of YMIR, with a release scheduled for the second half of 2025. Although the website currently features limited information, the publisher has stated that more updates will be shared over time, encouraging users to subscribe to the newsletter to stay informed.
While the full list of supported languages has not yet been announced, there’s a strong chance the game will receive full Russian localization, similar to what was done for Night Crows.
One of the key features of the global version of Legend of YMIR is its integration of blockchain technology. The game will introduce a unique tokenomics system, where crafting and upgrading resources are limited, and rare items exist as NFI (non-fakeable items, similar to NFTs). The game is promoted under the slogan «PLAY YMIR, EARN WEMIX«, allowing players to earn WEMIX digital assets directly through gameplay.
