Kakao Games has confirmed that its open-world MMORPG, Odin: Valhalla Rising, will be launching globally in 2025. This title, which has surpassed 17 million downloads in Asia, will allow PC and mobile players to immerse themselves in a universe inspired by Norse mythology. Pre-registrations and character and server name reservations will be available starting April 3.

Developed by Lionheart Studios, Odin: Valhalla Rising features a vast open world with iconic locations from Norse mythology, including Midgard and Jotunheim. Since its initial release, the game has been a massive success in South Korea and Taiwan, topping revenue rankings for 17 consecutive weeks in 2021.
Players can choose from four classes: Warrior, Sorceress, Priest, and Rogue, enjoying a seamless experience with no loading times in the open world—except for dungeons. Additionally, cross-platform compatibility between PC and mobile devices allows for gaming anywhere without sacrificing graphical quality.

As the global launch approaches, Kakao Games promises to reveal more details about Odin: Valhalla Rising in the coming days.
